We are looking for someone with Insulation Experience but not required. Construction experience OK as well. We will train you and pair you with a seasoned installer. Can be hard work at times but very rewarding at the same time. Job tasks include working inside attics, crawl spaces, new and existing construction homes and insulation removal. 40+ hours, plus weekends available for the right person to grow in an established company and work your way up to other positions. Starting pay "Based on Experience" (BOE)
Under the direction of the Superintendent, this position is responsible for installing insulation at a variety of job sites according to established work methods and procedures.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assures there is sufficient and appropriate material and equipment on truck to adequately complete the insulation job.
Drives to and from the job site and unloads insulation materials at the job site.
Cleans job site daily.
Installs insulation in accordance with company standards as well as manufacturer’s printed label regarding thickness and density.
Checks work for errors and corrects them if necessary.
Accounts for material and time used on each job, and reports paperwork daily.
Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualified applicants will have:
Previous insulation/construction experience is preferred but not required. You will be placed with a seasoned installer and we will train you.
A valid CA drivers license (with a good driving record);
Ability to use a staple gun, hammer, utility knife and work on scaffolding/ladders.
Ability to lift in excess of 75 lbs and ability to crawl in small spaces (i.e. attics,crawl spaces)
Regular attendance is required, Monday through Friday. Saturdays upon request

We are looking for individuals who are eager to develop and apply their skills in ways that make a positive impact on our community. As an Insulation Sales/Estimator, you be responsible for selling insulation products to residential and light commercial accounts working with builders, architects, and homeowners. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales in the construction industry and will be motivated and aggressive in finding new accounts and building trusted relationships with our existing clients.
The Sales/Estimator is responsible for analyzing drawings, specifications, Title 24 reports, and other documentation to prepare estimates for new, existing, and retrofit projects. You would also have to make site visits to job sites, including measuring the areas requiring insulation to create a field take off. As well as confirming framing and jobsite conditions prior to submitting a bid for the job.

- Provide product expertise to current and potential customers
- Identify prospective customers and proactively work leads
- Promote sales by communicating and building relationships with clients
- Maintain existing relationships with contractors and architects
- Review project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work
- Perform Field or On-Screen takeoffs for projects
- Prepare and submit proposals to clients
- Work closely with project team to ensure accurate and competitive bids
- Meet division expectations for sales per quarter
- Further your education through online training and seminars
Qualified applicants will have:
1+ years sales experience in building products/construction
1+ years of Construction Estimating
Insulation Estimating: 1 year (Preferred) (Not required)
On screen take off or other computer estimating software: 1 year (Preferred)
Required Qualifications to be hired:
Driver’s License (Required)
Must have your own vehicle to commute to office/job sites
Can speak English and Spanish (Spanish not required)
Ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook Programs for daily communication
Computer literacy
Proficient listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Can use and read a tape measure
Organized, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
